- Pay Reviews
- We regularly review our pay against other similar retailers to make sure we are competitive. We review our employees’ basic pay annually.
- Employee Discount
- Starting at 10% during probation and increasing with length of service up to 20%.
- Pension
- If you pay into our scheme and meet the government criteria, the company will too.
- Paid Holiday
- A full year’s paid holiday is 5.6 weeks which includes ‘4 weeks’ holiday plus bank holidays, pro rata.
