How our local delivery service works
Our local delivery rounds operate on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with different areas covered on each day. Thetford itself is covered on all three delivery days.
When placing an order, our team can confirm your delivery details and help with any questions about larger items or products that may have additional delivery requirements.
You can shop with us in-store or order selected products online for local delivery.

Which days do you deliver?
Our regular local delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The exact day depends on your location, while Thetford is covered on all three delivery days.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard local delivery charges are £15, £25 or £35 depending on your delivery area. Use the delivery checker above to find the price for your town.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Free delivery is available when your order reaches the qualifying spend for your delivery zone. The threshold is £500 in Zone 1, £750 in Zone 2 and £1,000 in Zone 3.
My town isn't listed. Can you still deliver?
Possibly. Our checker covers our regular delivery areas, but we may be able to deliver further afield depending on your location and the products being ordered. Contact our team and we’ll be happy to check for you.
Can I collect my order instead?
Yes. Click & Collect is also available if you would prefer to collect your purchases directly from Thetford Garden Centre.
